Frank Poulin - Head Coach

Frank has been a swim coach for most of his adult life.  After a car accident sidelined him from the pool during his college years, he took up a coaching post with a local team.  He eventually grew into the lead position staying for several seasons before transferring to a team in Los Angeles.  After a few successful years on the sunny decks of California, he moved to Virginia Beach and is now entering his third season with CYAT.

Meredith Lange

Meredith wears many hats.  She is a mother, advisor, and age group coach.  She has been in the Hampton Roads area for many years and has coached such teams in the region as TIDE.  She has also coached at the collegiate level and brings a wealth of knowledge to the pool deck here at CYAT.  She is entering her second season with the team and we can only look forward to the great things she will bring to the table this year.

Kevin Turnmire

Kevin Turnmire:  Kevin comes to us from the Lynchburg YMCA.  Having swum most of his life, his competitive edge in the water has brought a whole new level of formidability to the age group program.

Bobby Newcomb

Swam his entire life to include a few rounds swimming in YMCA Nationals in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL.. He comes to us with a wealth of swimming knowledge and currently heads up the Mt. Trashmore location.
